Where’s my order?
Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation and Delivery Status Notification.
1. Order Confirmation
Order has been received by our shop and payment has been verified. Related departments will process the order for delivery.
2. Shipment Confirmation
Tracking number will be provided via email as soon as tracking label is created.
Our most common questions regarding “Where is my order?”
Q: Upon tracking, status of order is “Shipment information has been sent to FedEx, UPS, USPS”. When will my order be picked up?
A: After the tracking label is created. The package will come in final step of being packed and pushed forward to inland transportation before handling to shipping agency. Shipping agency might slowly update the tracking status on their website but delivery time will be within our shipping timeframe that we stated in our shipping policy.

3. Order Delivered
How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days.
Shipping Time: 7 – 14 business days
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

I order multiple item, do I get multiple DELIVERIES?
If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We separate each item in each tracking to avoid the box being crashed. We’ll send you a shipping tracking details for each item, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages. If you have your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email, you can enter it here to track your order.
Will I be charged VAT taxes?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.
Return & Exchange Policy
Currently there is NO return policy for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We only accept returns or exchanges for the item you purchased is defective within 7 days of the date of delivery. (Please check our Return & Exchange Policy). Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
